Registration Information & Refund Policy


Walk-in:
  • We are located on the 1st floor of the Town Hall.
  • Phone and fax registrations are secured when paid.

Registration Policies:
  • First paid, first served
  • All Registrations must be received before attending any program.
  • Non-resident fees may apply for some programs.
Online Registrations or E-mail Notifications:
  • Please spread the word by letting others know they can register on-line. If you have any questions or issues with using this process, please contact us at 892-1905 during regular business hours.
Late/Change Fees:
  • A late fee may be charged after program registration deadline.
Cancellations/Consolidation:
  • We reserve the right to cancel or consolidate any class that does not meet minimum enrollments.
  • There may be times that registration deadlines need to be changed, which may be outside our control.  We will always try to notify people well in advance for any of these changes. 
Any outstanding balance owed from a previous program must be paid in full in order to register for a future program for any family member.

Payment Options: 
  • Cash, Check (made payable to Town of Windham) or all major credit cards (in person or on-line)
  • Activities may be paid for at checkout by credit card, and you will be charged a 3% convenience fee at time of check-out (online only). 
  • Payment is processed immediately. 
Program Refund Policy
  • In the event of cancellation or refund, your account will be issued a household credit on your account.
  • You must call or email this department to receive a refund to your credit card or a refund in the form of a check.
  • If a check is requested please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process the refund.
