Come experience the peaceful practice of yoga with Rebecca LaWind! Yoga helps us clear our mind, relax our body and mind, improve balance and coordination, encourages both movement and stillness, and much more! During class, we will focus on breathing techniques, yoga poses, relaxation and mindfulness in a fun, exploratory way.

For those in the "A Cohort" at Windham Primary or Manchester School, transportation may be available for an additional fee. Please email Parks&Recreation@windhammaine.us if you are interested in transportation to Town Hall and/or return transportation to SACC.
