Over the second weekend in July, families all across the state of Maine will participate in a backyard campout to celebrate National Parks and Recreation month. Enjoy the great outdoors right outside your own back door, or camp out as a family in your living room. This is a great way to enjoy the beauty of summer in Maine while enjoying time as a family.
Dates: July 14-16 - choose the night(s) that work best for you!
Location: Your backyard, your living room, or anywhere at your own home!

- First 50 Windham families to register receive a FREE “campout kit” with s’mores ingredients and a fire starter! (The first 50 families will receive an email when the kits are ready for pick up.)
- Everyone who registers will receive game and activity suggestions, campfire safety tips, and fun camping recipes.
- There will also be a random prize drawing for 4 Funtown Splashtown tickets for families registered but will not receiving a "campout kit"!
- Send us your pictures or videos of you and your family making s'mores or building a fort!
